Boy Mikas, Lithuanian character from a tale. "There is a nice Lithuanian
philosophical tale about a little boy who decided to find Happiness. He imagined that
it is someone concrete - a man or animal
He looked for it all around. He even asked
his friend Wild Goose - for help. Maybe from the sky it will be more simple to see
it. The goose decided that she needed to find Happiness too - maybe it is delicious grain
and she will have a nice dinner? At last, after a lot adventures, meetings and
misunderstandings Mikas and the goose found a very unexpected answer
I think this
tale- maybe with some different details- can be found in every nation or society."
Mikas is ready to fly into your life to tell you what he has learned about the meaning
of happiness. His face, hands and feet are very artistically needle sculpted as he rides on
his goose. The goose is painted and stiffened material. It's head, feet and wings can be
posed. About 15 inches by 15 inches.
